Quoting:
Requests for quotes should be submitted with digital files, not faxed or partial prints.

Orders:
An AutoCAD (DXF or DWG) file with dimensions is always required. All orders for panels with graphics require a digital file which includes all geometry and registration marks on separate layers. This is for referencing the graphics to the edge of the part during final inspection.

Regarding Graphical Registration:
For panels with printed graphics we require an Illustrator (AI or EPS) or CorelDraw(CDR) files that depict the artwork with the geometry of the finished part.

For customers who are supplying preprinted sheets, these sheets must have crosshair registration marks printed on them. All programming for these jobs will be done using these printed registration marks to locate the rest of the milling. A minimum of 0.118" (3mm) between parts is required. Alternatively, a detailed print may be supplied to locate the graphics to the edge of the part
